In case you missed the delivery, the logistic partner will try to deliver the product on the next business day and you will receive a call prior from our delivery team to schedule your delivery.
Our logistic partner provide 3 delivery attempts, If you missed all three attempts shipment will mark to return and you ma charge return shipment cost.
We try our best to deliver your order on time. In the rare case, it happens that the order has been delayed. For that, our support team will be in touch with you through emails or tickets. A new delivery timeframe will be shared with you and you can also track its status by visiting My Orders.
The delivery time differs from product to product which is based on the in-stock availability or made-to-order and your delivery location. Usually our product deliver within 10 working Days
Raise a ticket for that order and easily change your delivery address with the help of our support team.Within 24 hours of placing of order.
After order dispatch and tracking ID updated no address change option available.

Yes, ShreejiFine gives free home delivery in all the major cities across India. However, in case, if we don’t deliver to your location, kindly get in touch with our support team. In few particular locations where logistics cost is higher, ShreejiFIne may charge a bit extra which is a nominal amount for delivery and installation.
Yes, we do deliver products in apartments. But, in absence of a service lift, our delivery partner shall only make a delivery to the ground floor of your apartment. Extra charges applicable per floor on delivery to the customer’s doorstep (on request) in such cases. Also in cases where extra manpower and equipments are required to take goods to the customers floor, extra charges may be applicable.
Before our product will get dispatched from Delivery Hub, our delivery executive will call you to schedule your delivery. In case you want delivery later than the date specified, you can request the delivery executive to reschedule the delivery of your order as per Requirements.
We deliver all order thru third party delivery partner and this is heavy and bulky shipment so some time delivery partner reschedule delivery as per their convenient.
If you need someone else to collect your package on your behalf, they'll need to bring a valid government-issued photo ID or will be asked to connect with the delivery agent through phone.
As part of our company policy, we do not share the contact numbers of our delivery agents. However, please be assured that our representatives will contact you if they face any difficulty in locating your address.
