If there is any issues with our product, you can raise a refund, replacement or exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product.
Successful pick-up of the product is subject to the following conditions being met:
Correct and complete product (with the original Packing, Invoice, undetached any Tag and stickers, product’s freebies and accessories)
The product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any stains, scratches, tears or holes and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/ warranty seals (wherever applicable)
If You Receive Any Goods In A Damaged Condition, We May Issue You A Credit In The Amount Paid For The Goods In The Same Mode Of Payments Or Send Replacement Goods At Our Discretion If You Notify Us Within 7 Days Of The Delivery Date And In Case Of Non Delivery Of Product Then Money Will Be Refund Within 7 To 10 Working Days. We May Ask You To Provide Proof Of The Damage, As A Condition Of Replacement. In Case Of Failure From Your Side The Product Cannot Be Cancelled.
