The flour mill cabinet is made from super quality 15 MM Maple Brand MDF and calibrated plywood. No Bhusa Board, PLB, or Engineered Wood.
Flour mill doors are made with Acrylic printed for a high gloss and stylist look in your kitchen. We use traditional L type door hinges for 180 degree openable door and long term maintenance free use.
The flour mill Top Hopper area is covered with a stainless steel sheet. The flour compartment is properly ventilated and covered with stainless steel for easy cleaning and moisture-free atta. The steel surface of the chamber makes it easy to wipe and clean.

कंपनी वालो ने बारीकी से डिजाइन किया है।
घर में 7 या 8 सदस्यों के लिए ये बेहतरीन है।
इसका कलर भी लाजवाब है और बॉडी मटेरियल भी शानदार है।
इसकी पीसने की क्षमता भी लाजवाब है और इसका हॉपर साइज भी बहोत अच्छा है।
कुल मिलाकर ये आटा चक्की बाकी सारी नामचिन्ह आटा चक्की से काफी अच्छी है ।
पैकिंग:–
कंपनी ये जानती है के जो उत्पाद वो अपने ग्राहक को भेज रही है उसका सही स्थिति में ग्राहक तक पहुंचना बहुत जरूरी है। इसके लिए कंपनी ने बहुत ही अच्छे तरीके से चक्की की पैकिंग की हुई थी। ऑर्डर देने के अगले दिन से ही कंपनी ने प्रोडक्ट की जानकारी से जुड़े संदेश भेजना शुरू कर दिया था। जिनमें ये भी लिखा था के प्रोडक्ट की अनबॉक्सिंग का वीडियो जरूर बनाएं ताकि गलती से कोई डैमेज हो गया हो प्रोडक्ट में तो वो अनबॉक्सिग वीडियो में आ जायेगा। पर ऐसा कुछ हुआ नहीं। बहुत ही उम्दा तरीके से प्रोडक्ट को पैक करके सप्लाई किया गया था। इसके लिए १०/१० मार्क्स दिए जा सकते हैं।
डिज़ाइन एंड प्रोडक्ट क्वालिटी:–
प्रोडक्ट पेज पर जो दिखाया गया था, प्रोडक्ट बिल्कुल वैसा ही था। कहीं से भी 1% भी कुछ इधर उधर नहीं था। बिल्ड क्वॉलिटी भी बहुत बढ़िया है। चाहे वो मशीन का वुडन फ्रेम हो या स्टील का हॉपर, स्टील ड्रम, या मैन मोटर का ग्राइंडिंग चैंबर हो या ग्राइंडिंग जालियां। सब बहुत अच्छे से बनाई गईं हैं। ऐसा कहीं से भी नही लग रहा था के लोकल मॉल बना के भेज दिया है। चाइल्ड लॉक मैं कुछ सुधार की आवश्यकता है। अभी के लिए वो ठीक है पर समय के साथ शायद उसमे कुछ बदलाव की जरूरत पड़े। प्रोडक्ट डिजाइन करने वालों ने इस बात का ध्यान रखा है के अगर आप इसको अपनी किचन में रख रहें हैं तो इसकी ऊंचाई आपके किचन काउंटर के बराबर ही रहेगी। यानी ये मशीन आपके किचन काउंटर का ही हिस्सा दिखेगी अलग से नहीं दिखेगी।
अलग अलग तरह का अनाज पीसने के लिए जो जालियां भेजी गईं हैं वो भी बहुत अच्छी क्वालिटी की हेवी ड्यूटी जालियां हैं। देखा जाए तो मशीन की कीमत के हिसाब से मशीन की क्वालिटी बहुत बढ़िया है।
रिजल्ट आउटपुट:–
मशीन खरीदने का मेरा मैन कारण था के मुझे आस पास के इलाकों में कोई ढंग का पिसाई वाला नहीं मिल रहा था। पैकिंग वाले आटे की रोटी कुछ घंटों बाद टिफीन ma में पापड़ हो जाती हैं चाहे किसी भी ब्रांड का ले आओ। इसलिए गेहूं पिसवा के उसके आटे की रोटियां बनाना ज्यादा पसंद हैं। पर कोई ढंग की चक्की नहीं होने की वजह से स्वाद का मजा नहीं आ रहा था। इसलिए ये चक्की ली। लेने से पहले इसके रिव्यू देखे। पर जब खुद इसमें गेहूं पीस के देखा तब यकीन हुआ। बहुत ही महीन आया पीस के निकाला मशीन ने। घरेलू मशीन होने के कारण इसमें सिर्फ 1 hp की मोटर लगी है। मोटर चलने पर ज्यादा आवाज नहीं करती। पिसाई के वक्त आवाज थोड़ी मोटी हो जाती है वो शायद ग्राइंडिग की वजह से। दूसरा डर था के कहीं वाइब्रेशन ना जाते होते हों। पर वो भी बात नहीं थी। मशीन जब तक गेहूं पिसता रहा मशीन एक जगह स्थिर रही। कहीं भी कोई भी हल्का सा मूवमेंट नहीं रहा। आप वाशिंग मशीन का उदाहरण देख लीजिए। उसमें भी जब कपड़े सूखने के लिए रोटेशन होते हैं तो मशीन बहुत वाइब्रेशन और हिलती है जबकि उसने 1/2 hp की मोटर होती है। पर ये मशीन बिलकुल एक जगह स्थिर रही। हॉपर में गेहूं खतम होती है ग्राइंडर रुक जाता है और सायरन की आवाज आ जाती है के "पिसाई पूरी हो चुकी है"। लगभग १ घंटे में १० kg गेहूं पीसा जा सकता है।
आटे की क्वालिटी इतनी उम्दा है के लगता है, रोटियां बनाते वक्त आटा छानने की जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी।
बहुत ही बेहतरीन उत्पाद है। घर वालों और खुद की सेहत के लिए आप इसे खरीद सकते हैं।
