Return and Refund Policy: Damaged Goods
If you receive any goods in a damaged condition, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. Please notify us within 48 hours of the delivery timeby reaching out to our customer service.
Options for Resolution:
Credit Issuance:
We may issue you a credit equivalent to the amount paid for the damaged goods. This credit will be provided in the same mode of payment used for the original purchase.
Replacement Goods:
At our discretion, we may send you replacement goods in lieu of issuing a credit. This option is available if you notify us within the 7-day timeframe.
Process:
Notification Period:
You must notify us within 48 Hours of the delivery date for damaged goods or non-delivery.
Proof of Damage:
We may request proof of the damage, such as clear images or other documentation, Unboxing Videos, shipping label as a condition for issuing replacements or credits.
Refund for Non-Delivery:
In the event of non-delivery of the product, a refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of notification.
Cancellation Conditions:
If there is a failure to provide proof of damage from your side, the product cannot be canceled.

What is not covered by warranty
1. Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, alteration, tampering or failure of the user;
2. Defects or damage due to spillage of food or liquids or wrong usage of electrical supply & voltage.
3. Damage, losses, defects or malfunction as a result of fire, flood or other acts of God also animal or insect infestations;
4. Normal wear & tear, corrosion, rusting or stains;
5. Defects or damage resulting from testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not furnished or approved by ShreejiFine, including but not limited to installation of unauthorized spare parts and unauthorized changes in products, both of which shall void this limited warranty.
6. Scratches & damage to the outer surface areas and externally exposed parts that are due to normal customer use.
7. There is no warranty cover for vacuum cleaner as vacuum cleaner is a customize option for the customers.
8. General maintenance & routine servicing;
9. Claims for damaged or missing parts after 24 hours from the date of delivery;
10. If any part or parts of the unit are replaced with a part or parts not supplied or approved by us or the unit has been dismantled or repaired by any person other than a Shreejifine authorized technician;
11. Any equipment/product which has its serial number removed or made illegible or tampered;
12. Use of products, equipment, systems, utilities, services, parts, supplies, accessories, installation, repairs, external wiring, connectors not supplied and/or authorized by Shreejifine, or which damage this product or result in service problems.
13. Consumables, Plastic, Wooden & Rubber Parts. Grinder & grinding chamber breakage.
Service Level Agreement
We provide doorstep service to more than 18000 pin codes our service level agreement for metro cities is 7 working days, Type B cities 10 working days, and Type C cities 12 working days, The village distance from the taluka place is more than 10 km It takes longer than other places.
This is indicative time usually we do the service before time. We provide Parts directly to the customer’s address; part Transit Time is additional in our SLA agreements.
We not provide Demo and installation By default to customer premises, We may charge 250 to 350 Rs , If customer want demo and installation service physically at customer premises.
